The Rainbow Fish is one of my favorite books that I remember reading in my childhood. I loved the color of the scales. They popped out on the page and had a different style than the rest. It’s basically about a fish who had to lose his scales. He was too proud of them and eventually learned that what you have inside is more important than you’re outside features. I think it’s a good moral lesson to learn in the story. It’s good to learn when you’re interacting with other people, too. ….especially those people who appear differently than you do.
Never judge a book by its cover! 🙂
